This qualification reflects the role of individuals who apply highly specialised knowledge and skills in organisational learning and capability development. Individuals generate and evaluate complex ideas, and initiate, design and execute major learning and development functions within an organisation.
It may apply to leaders and managers where learning builds organisational capability. Related roles may also include RTO Manager and RTO Director.
Students obtaining a competent result for all listed competencies will be issued a nationally recognised award for the BSB80120 Graduate Diploma of Management (Learning) within 30 days of being deemed competent. Students who do not complete all 8 units will receive a VET Statement of Attainment for successfully completed units.
